Change your Password in BSNL Multiplay Broadband

Open your web brower and open the portal website http://bbservice.bsnl.in/ of BSNL in the address bar. The following screen should appear.

Now type your portal ID (administrative ID) and password given to you by the ISP i.e. BSNL as shown below. Click on "Submit".

If your login information is correct, then following screen should appear.

Click on "Change Password" tab, a drop-down menu will showing "Broadband User Id" and "Portal User Id" options as shown below.

Choose the one your want to change eg: "Broadband User Id" in this case. The following screen will appear.

Type the new password in the "New Password" and also in the "Confirm New Password". Now click on "Change Password". The following screen will appear.

Click "OK" in the pop-up window that shows "BB Password Changed Successfully". The following screen will appear.

Now to logout from the running window click on "Sign Out" tab. The following screen will appear.

Click "Yes" in the pop-up window that shows "Do you want to close this window ?" and you will be out of the system.
